Teachers’ Digital Technology Competencies for Use in Distance Education in Schools

Educators used distance education to respond the Corona pandemic. The research question focuses on teachers' perceptions toward use of ICT competencies in education, taking training courses into account. study included 206 primary school teachers from Jordan's northern schools. A questionnaire designed specifically for this was used, and its validity reliability coefficient 0.82 confirmed. findings revealed statistically significant variations sign variable favor who got training. It is frequently regarded as insufficient by perspectives application competencies. As a result, respondents understand necessity importance using preparation teaching consider it vital component their professional development. recommended incorporating linked online (electronic course management, computer applications, networking, educational materials creation), programs.
